Fifty years of excellence sounds golden—but at NEU, golden is just the beginning.

New Era University celebrated its 50th founding anniversary last June 17, 2025. While this is a huge milestone, it is not a point to rest; rather, it is better seen as a springboard to success, as proven by its growing reputation and consistent pursuit of excellence.

Just a month after the celebration, four academic programs achieved Level IV Accreditation, including the Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education, and Business Administration through the meticulous accreditation process of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). This affirms NEU’s dedication to high academic standards and institutional integrity.

Such commitment naturally earns confidence from outside. One clear example of this is NEU’s role in the September 2025 Bar Examinations, serving as one of the Local Testing Centers and the only testing site in Quezon City. This inclusion alongside trusted universities and endorsement by the Supreme Court speaks volumes about NEU’s reliability, credibility, and national standing.

The same trust extends to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), as the university continues to serve as a local testing site for various licensure examinations. In October, NEU celebrated another proud moment when its very own BS Psychology alumna Yanelle Lumbad Gatchalian secured the 4th spot in the Psychometricians Licensure Examination. It is another manifestation that NEU continues to produce not only professionals but top-caliber graduates who embody the values and competencies the university upholds.

Indeed, all these reflect a university that continues to grow in excellence while staying true to its mission of providing quality education and its vision of becoming a world-class institution.

Each passing month proves that triumph at NEU is not a one-time celebration; it is a continuous cultivation. There is no time for pause, for there is always a call to rise even higher. As New Era University moves forward—in service to humanity and in bringing glory to God—one thing remains certain: the victories and trust it has earned today will only shine brighter tomorrow.
